Key Responsibilities :

To provide a leadership role in all aspects of the company’s financial operations and coordinating all activities
Provide accurate and timely financial information, MIS, Cost & Contracts, recommendations and reports to facilitate the decision-making process of management
Perform analysis on various company projects and plans and provide alternatives and recommendations
Review of Accounts Payable with respect to Purchase, Service, Employee expenses, Vendor payment of bills etc.
Preparing reports on Annual budget, Maintenance agreements, Variance analysis, AR, AP etc
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
Co-ordination with internal and statutory auditors
Statutory Compliance review, returns and payments:
      1. Monthly TDS payments
      2. ESIC payments and monthly returns
      3. PF payments, monthly and annual returns
      4. GST payments and returns filing
      5. Professional tax payments and monthly returns
      6. Quarterly advance income tax computation and payments
Formulating and strengthening Internal Control Systems, Book-keeping, petty cash and daily review of entries.

Key Skills :

Should be an excellent Team leader willing to work strictly the timelines.
Chartered Accountant with 8 to 12 years of experience
Preferably from Construction / Infrastructure background
Should know micro level work requirements and be a role model in getting & doing the work efficiently

Key Responsibilities :

Contributing in scaling up and reengineering the operations of the customer care function to match the growing business need & consumer expectations
Design of optimum team structure with a view on specialization & operational efficiencies
Aligning customer behavior expertise, strategic thinking, consumer understanding, innovativeness and zeal to deliver customer experience across various customer segments in a simplistic manner
Ability to handle large volume customer lifecycle while maintaining emphasis on the highest quality of customer experience in the real-estate domain
Enriching customer touch-points like onboarding, registration, possession with WOW moments by putting in place necessary SOPs / checklists for all touch-points, processes, and activities & build an effective governance mechanism
Enabling operational efficiencies by the infusion and adoption of relevant, customized technology solutions, extensive knowledge of ERPs, thus enabling large volume of 2800+ customers to be serviced by a team of RM’s
Management of collectibles from customers and ensuring achievement of collection targets month-on-month

Creating avenues for revenue generation by building on the existing team delivering double the revenue generated by the team & proposing its functioning as a separate business unit
Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and for legal or other related assignments within the customer care departments.

Key Skills :

Overall 18+ years of experience in Customer Life Cycle and Credit & Collections Management with a Real Estate industry
Industry relevant proven ability to lead multiple assignments & large team members.
Graduate or Post Graduate in Management is preferable.
Strong leadership and team management skills

Key Responsibilities :

Chair pre-audit discussion (kick-off) and finance heads of the clients, finalizing audit plans and methodologies
Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial and accounting regulations
Ensure compliance to the audit plan, monitored execution of agreed recommendations and assist business units in bringing about the process improvements
Manage multiple audit engagement, audit risk planning & management, & report project economics, along with streamlining
Develop and maintain strong internal control systems
Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and update company policies as needed
Ensure the company's adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Taxation :

Manage the company's tax planning and compliance, including income tax, GST, and other applicable taxes.
Optimize the company's tax strategies to minimize tax liability while ensuring compliance.
Ensure effective management of the organizations tax liabilities and ascertain that the organizations finances are accurately reported and taxes optimized.
Play a key role in managing and representing matters before various authorities for assessment, appeal, dispute resolutions, seeking concessions, compounding of contraventions, briefing Senior legal Counsels.
Monitor legislative changes in tax laws that may impact company's tax positions, including tax accounting implications. Proactively advising management on optimum tax saving approach and Manage External tax consultants and advisors
Reviewing of the Income tax returns, tax audits- Form 3CD, transfer pricing documentation and filings Form 3CEB, withholding tax compliance-DTAA, regulatory filings, Indirect tax returns (GSTR1 and GSTR 3B), GST reconciliations, ITC credits, 2A and 2B reco, GST Form 9 and 9C, etc.
Review tax provision working, tax audit report, deferred tax workings, etc. Proactively identify and suggest the various tax / TP planning measures and take lead on implementing the same.
Be the ultimate repository of key tax facts as regards both Indirect and Direct Taxes
Stay updated on evolving tax laws and regulations to adapt the company's strategies accordingly.


Key Skills :

Chartered Accountant with 8 to 12 years of experience
Proven experience in financial management, audit, compliance, and taxation
Industry relevant proven ability to lead large team members
Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
In-depth knowledge of taxation regulations and strategies

Following up for site visits and RNR leads

Key Responsibilities:

Estimation of initial & final Bill of Quantities including materials, labours, MEP and finishing items as per the GFC drawings.
Preparing budget/BOQ for the whole project.
Tracking the BOQ as per Actuals.
Coordinating with the procurement team for the Material rates.
Interacting with Design team regarding clarification on details/drawings.
Calculating the escalations in terms of Price and other factors.
Monitoring and updating the project budget as per the site conditions.
Preparing Rate Analysis Quotation and Issuing Work orders for different activities of the project.
Preparing RFQ and floating tenders.
Preparing Comparative statement for the quotes collected and finalizing contracts.
Billing and verifying both PRW and Contractors.
Preparing Reconciliation statement& Payment Certificates.
Negotiating with contractor’s representatives and other consultants.
Regular site visit and monitoring the progress to get firsthand information to validate bills.
Understand the conditions of contracts as per the Indian Contract act.
Contractor arrangement and labour arrangement to the site at different locations.
Setting the method of calculation in line with IS code, analyzing the labour productivity .
Should be updated with the current market rates of all key materials and trades.
Providing junior staff with guidance on their job responsibilities.
Identifying change and implement change control process and agreement.

Key Skills:

BE/B.Tech – Civil with minimum 5-8 yrs of experience in QS & Costing.
Registered Quantity surveyor with experience in statistical analysis is preferred.
Should have a thorough knowledge of construction methods and be capable of deriving rates.
Experience in managing Costing and contracts for High rise residential Projects.
Ability to successful multi-task, flexible, detail oriented.
Good working knowledge of Autocad and MS Excel is Mandatory.
Microsoft Project/ERP exposure would be an added advantage .

Trend Analysis: Identify and interpret financial trends, both internally and within the industry, to provide insights for decision-making.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate the company's financial risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
Performance Metrics: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor financial performance and communicate results to management.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and recommendations, to senior management and stakeholders.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and research as needed to support special projects or strategic initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards, such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Financial Software: Utilize financial software and tools to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.

Key Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting (Master's degree or professional certification, such as CFA or CPA, may be preferred).
CA with inter would be preferred.
Min 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis and Reporting .
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting, and financial markets.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills .
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements .
