Mr. Ramji Subramaniam, Managing Director of Sowparnika, is the driving force behind company’s growth. An MBA in Finance from TAPMI and a Six Sigma Black Belt, he brings over two decades of experience from GE, ITC, and Fidelity, blending financial acumen with operational excellence.
Since founding Sowparnika in 2003, his mission has been simple yet powerful — “Homes for All”. Under his leadership, the company has delivered quality, affordable, and aspirational homes to thousands of families.
Mr. Subramaniam’s vision for the future is to expand Sowparnika’s footprint nationwide and establish the company as India’s most admired and trusted real estate brand.

With over two decades of experience in finance, strategy, real estate, and infrastructure, Biren Kumar Sahu leads Sowparnika Projects as CEO. Recognised for his ability to blend financial discipline with operational excellence, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth in India’s competitive housing market.
Previously serving as CFO and Director of Finance & Operations, he has successfully led key functions across corporate finance, risk management, organisational strategy, and large-scale project execution.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, with executive education from IIM Calcutta, IIM Bangalore, and ISB, Biren brings sharp strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and people-focused leadership to align Sowparnika’s long-term vision with sustainable, on-time delivery.

Director - Operations
Mr. Subramaniam Sreenivasan leads the operational framework of Sowparnika Projects, ensuring every development is executed with precision, efficiency, and adherence to timelines. With strong expertise in project management and construction operations, he drives process discipline, resource optimisation, and seamless coordination across teams.
His focus on standardising operational practices and strengthening on-site efficiency has played a key role in enhancing project quality and customer satisfaction. Under his guidance, Sowparnika continues to deliver well-built homes that reflect the company’s commitment to reliability, transparency, and lasting value.
